Hi, I'm Marisa
A DONA International member birth doula, passionate advocate, and devoted supporter of families on their path to parenthood.
My Story
My path to becoming a doula began with my own birth experience — one that showed me just how powerful it is to have a knowledgeable, compassionate person by your side. I left that experience knowing I wanted to give that gift to others.
I trained with DONA International and have since supported many families through a wide range of birth experiences — from peaceful home water births to complex hospital deliveries. Every birth has taught me something new and deepened my commitment to this work.
I believe birth is a profound rite of passage. My role is not to take over, but to hold space — to be the steady, informed, and loving presence that helps you feel safe, heard, and empowered no matter how your birth unfolds.
